Refund Policy
Last updated July 25, 2026. Replace this template with the company’s approved policy and align it with every proposal and service agreement.
Custom Services
Writing, editing, design, illustration, publishing, and marketing services are customized. The signed agreement should explain deposit treatment, milestone payments, cancellation, completed work, source files, and any non-refundable third-party expenses.
Before Work Begins
The agreement should state whether an initial payment is refundable before production starts and what administrative or discovery work may be deducted.
After Work Begins
Refund eligibility, if any, should account for completed milestones, approved deliverables, reserved production time, third-party licenses, printing, platform fees, and other committed costs.
Revision and Quality Concerns
Clients should use the documented review and revision process to raise concerns within the applicable milestone. A quality concern does not automatically create a refund right where contracted work can be corrected under the agreement.
How to Request Review
Requests should include the client name, project, invoice or agreement reference, relevant milestone, issue description, and requested resolution. Send requests to infoauthorsstorypublisher@gmail.com.
